If you place a complete order and validate it by credit card before 1:00 PM, we typically process it the same day. If you place it after 1:00 PM, we generally process it within 24 hours. We prepare orders from Monday to Saturday as soon as all the products are available. If an item is unavailable, your order will be prepared as soon as we receive it. Our items are shipped from several shipping centers, which can result in receiving multiple packages for the same order. In this case, you will receive a tracking number for each package by email.
